The examination of the preventive measure against the second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, will take place at 20:30. This was stated by lawyer Aram Orbelyan in a conversation with journalists.
He noted that the examination of the petition has been assigned to judge Sargis Dadoyan.
It should be noted that Robert Kocharyan has been charged with abuse of official authority, money laundering of particularly large amounts, and receiving a bribe of particularly large amounts.
It should be recalled that Robert Kocharyan was arrested the day before yesterday. His well-being in the Anti-Corruption Committee has worsened, he has been transferred to a medical institution. The Anti-Corruption Committee reported that Robert Kocharyan will be brought to court after undergoing the necessary medical examinations.
It should be noted that Nikol Pashinyan has instructed law enforcement officers to deprive the second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and the third President of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, of their property.
