The Prosecutor's Office of the Primorsky Territory is investigating reports of a power outage in Vladivostok, which left about 22,000 people without power, the watchdog said.
More than 22,000 residents were left without electricity on Davydova, Russkaya, Arsenalnaya, Zalesnaya, Lesnaya and other streets of Vladivostok due to power outages.
"The supervisory body supervises the emergency rehabilitation works. The Prosecutor's Office of the Soviet District of Vladivostok will assess compliance with legal requirements for maintenance and service of electric networks, as well as with standard deadlines for restoring the disconnection," the message reads.
On July 25, it was reported that Barnaul is cleaning up the effects of the strong weather that engulfed the city. A total of 47 different incidents were registered. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
