The RA market control inspection body informs that potentially dangerous kettles intended for the kitchen have been imported and sold in RA.
"It refers to the white and black kettles of the Enfinigy and Enfinigy Pro (1.5 l) models of the famous German company Zwilling.
It has been found that in some cases the handle of kettles can loosen or break completely during use. This may cause hot water to spill from the kettle, creating a scalding hazard for the user or those in the immediate vicinity, including small children.
The RA Market Control Inspection Authority urges all consumers who purchased the mentioned products to contact Zwilling at zwilling.com/kettle-recall and follow the registration process to receive compensation for the damaged kettles.
If necessary, all consumers can contact the inspection body and return the kettles.
For more information, you can contact the Market Control Inspection Body: 060 68 02 42, Hotline: 85 20," the message says.
