Iran's state broadcaster released two satellite photos showing a US Air Force Boeing E-3 Sentry AWACS early warning aircraft before and after an Iranian attack.
"Satellite image of the destroyed E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft at the Prince Sultan military base of the US terrorist army in Saudi Arabia," the caption reads.
Earlier on Sunday, the press service of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported that as a result of the attack on the US Prince Sultan air base in Saudi Arabia, IRGC aerospace forces destroyed an American E-3 early warning and control aircraft and caused significant damage to nearby aircraft.
