"Tashir Capital", as it is known, appealed to the administrative court and disputed the decision to deprive the company of its license.
After the trial that started last week and lasted for about 30 hours, the court was supposed to announce the decision on March 26, but it was announced yesterday evening.
According to everything, they are struggling with how to present and justify the political decision, because no clear justification was given in the court.
Moreover, during the court session, as evidence, they tried to present cases that happened during the time of temporary governor Romanos Petrosyan.
Among the justifications were incomplete accounting of 700,000 consumers' data, under-registrations and additions of electricity, violations of connection terms, unreliable information about interruptions, for which factual grounds were not mentioned. Nevertheless, the court did not invalidate the decision of the PSC to terminate the license of the HEC, otherwise the powers of the temporary administrator would have been automatically terminated, as his tenure was determined by that decision.
