Law enforcement officers entered the house of PAP chairman Gagik Tsarukyan and are conducting an inspection. The interesting thing is that this is happening when Gagik Tsarukyan announced his participation in the elections, this can be considered a political reprisal before the elections.

"The search is carried out in another private house belonging to Mr. Tsarukyan, not at his address. The case was initiated back in 2020, regarding the former officials of Arinj community", adding that within its framework, it was necessary to inspect a number of lands of Arinj community, including the territories belonging to Tsarukyan.
Gagik Tsarukyan was interrogated in this proceeding in 2020 as a witness. After that, no investigative action has taken place regarding him or his participation. The operation is being carried out by experts and, according to all, it will be completed soon. Some measurements and photography will be carried out in order to be able to present an expert opinion, the lawyer explained.
It should be noted that in 2020, the Investigative Committee announced that the head of Arinj community of Kotayk region was charged with the offense provided for in the 2nd part of Article 308 (abuse of official powers) of the RA Criminal Code.
