It is obvious that the Serzh Sargsyan-Edward Nalbandian tandem reached the point that not only Shushi, Hadrut, Askeran and Martakert, Martuni, Chartar and Stepanakert would remain for Armenians, but even Lachin and Kelbajar.
All this was publicly recorded even by the leader of Azerbaijan. This was the pro-Armenian negotiation, not the negotiation of Nikolism, to fulfill Azerbaijan's demands. They do not achieve peace by political begging."
