The so-called "short memory" is a very important factor for spreading the illusion of peace with the barbaric regime in Baku. Iranologist Vardan Voskanyan wrote about this.
"When about three weeks ago the leader of that regime was talking about the maps of tsarist Russia and the name of Lake Sevan, it was long forgotten that 2019 in the same month of November, the same person mentioned the same maps in almost the same terms, but when referring to the place names of Artsakh, everyone knows what happened next.
Now it's the turn of the territory of the Republic of Armenia, but because of the "short memory" it doesn't bother many.
"Tsarist time map", "beginning of 20th century", "some place name" seem like meaningless details against the backdrop of the loud statement "peace is established", while within the framework of the multi-layered hostile policy towards Armenia, that very "map", "place name" and other "details" are a direct indicator not of peace, but of an ongoing hybrid war," he wrote.
