My, Hovsep Ghazaryan's and other citizens' participation in the open session was rudely, illegally and deliberately obstructed. In order to deprive us of the right to speak, an absolutely false excuse was used, as if my application was not signed. This is an official fake, because my application was properly electronically signed, which is proven by the official letter of "EKENG" CJSC.
In other words, the Vedu municipal administration, deceiving the citizens and in order to cover up its illegality, issued an untrue and illegal refusal in an official letter. But this is not all.
An administrative resource was used to "fill" the hall. directors of kindergartens, schools and community institutions occupied the seats of the hall so that citizens could not enter. As a result, people were told "there is no room", while everyone saw in the videos that the hall was full of empty seats.
The only purpose of this illegality was to avoid the public resounding of the ill-fated decision, so that the decision allowing the demolition of Karmir Sar could be passed without noise. Now in more detail. it was put to the vote to give permission to "Ord Group" LLC to extract minerals from Karmir Sar, in fact, the permission to demolish Karmir Sar for a cement factory was given during the session. And since the government did not want facts, questions and justifications to be heard in the session, all the above-mentioned illegal actions were put into action.
In other words, all the illegality was carried out with one purpose: to ensure that the given company gets the desired decision. This is the "democracy" represented by the CP when they serve their own business interests by violating the constitutional rights of citizens for their business interests.
