Great Britain has announced the purchase of anti-aircraft missile systems

The United Kingdom has bought Land Ceptor air defense systems with 118 million pounds, the British Ministry of Defense said.

"Today, the Ministry of Defense announced the programs to strengthen the UK's air defense, gaining six new Land ceptor surface-air-class missile systems. Procurement of 118 million pounds will lead to jobs and development in the north-west of the country, "the British government posted on the press release.

European MBDA company will supply systems. The publication states that they have "exclusive accuracy" and "can hit the size of a double flying tennis ball from sound speed."

Systems can be used both independently and as a Sky Saber air defense system component.
