The doctor denies the myth of "Three Seconds Canon" for food falling on the floor

Dr. Muser Veresa I J Nandis has denied the well-known "three seconds" if food left behind the ground, one can eat it without fear. His words quotes El Economista.

The three second rule is often called "not considered a fast-raised" phrase. According to this theory, the microbes that manage to go through food in a few seconds, the less they are easily destroyed by the acid of stomach and do not cause damage.

In order to verify this assertion, A J NANDIS attempted. He cut two points of the same size from the same food. One put on the ground for three seconds, while the other is kept clean. Then the two samples were placed in Petri's cups, creating conditions for bacteria.

According to three seconds, there should be no significant difference in the microbome of the samples. However, the results showed the opposite. The bacteria were actively multiplied on the ground food, while almost no bacterial pollution was noticed on a clean sample.

The doctor reminded that even after short communication with the ground, the food becomes unfit. Ignoring this rule can lead to intestinal infections, the pathogens of which are Salmonella, the intestinal flock (E. Coli), the windpylobacters and staphyloccers.
