The meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump in Alaska is the most dangerous moment for Vladimir Zelensky, the British newspaper Telegraph writes.
"For Volodimir Zellensky, this is probably the most dangerous moment of war, while the fate of his country can be determined during a meeting," the publication writes.
According to Telegraph, if the summit is unfavorable for Zelensky, he will have to make an unpleasant choice, "accepting the bad deal or rejecting the status of an aggressor and endangering the vital support of the United States."
The Kremlin and the White House previously announced that Putin and Trump will meet in Alaska on August 15. As Russian presidential assistant Yuri Ushakov stated on Thursday, the leaders will start at Elmendorf-Richardson's military base at 22:30 p.m.
Putin and Trump will first hold a tete match, then with the participation of delegations.
