The whole world is looking forward to the meeting of the Presidents of Russia and the United States, which can be decisive not only for the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, but also for relations between the two countries. This opinion was expressed in the editorial of the leading Hungarian newspaper "Magyar Nemzet", on the eve of Russian-American talks in Alaska.
"The world is looking forward to another meeting between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin," he said, quoting the chronology of their previous meetings during the first Trump's presidential term (2017-2021). The newspaper believes that the current negotiations must be successful, and the contacts between the leaders of Russia and the United States are "can continue."
"The Alaska summit can be decisive not only for the Russian-Ukrainian war, but also for the future of US-Russian relations," Magyar Nemzett said in the editorial interpretation.
