The Ukrainian delegation has arrived in Turkey to take part in the talks in Istanbul tonight. Alexei Gonchenkoko, a deputy of the Supreme Rada, told his telegram.
Gonchenko claims that Ukraine's representatives will first meet in Ankara. He does not detail who exactly. Then the delegation will leave for Istanbul, where contacts are expected to contact the Russian side.
As reported by Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov, the third round of talks between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine should take place in Istanbul on the evening of July 23.
