Belgrade is committed to the purpose of joining the European Union and wants to speed up the process, said the Serbian President within the meeting with the President of the European Council. Alexander Vucich noted that his country wants to hold more talks with the union.
He promised that the Serbian government would work to make reforms necessary for European integration.
"I am convinced that the atmosphere is not so good on May 9 due to my visit to Moscow. However, I hope that Europe will see the progress we have registered, "Vucich said.
Antoniu Hosta said that it is necessary to pay attention to Belgrade-Pristina dialogue. The President of the European Council also stressed that peace in Ukraine and supporting Kiev in Ukraine are important for the security of the European side.
