Again and again, I was convinced that it was not possible to learn something, just reading smart books and memorizing them. I sometimes returned to the same book to understand just one thought. Understand the meaning, not the words in which it was hidden in the footsteps.

Energy, power is what we receive from the surrounding world, space, oxygen, water, food, sleep, through the world through our actions, words, thoughts. We give or spend some of that zeal to keep our body healthy so that the divine spark is not in us. But we also spend it on digesting food, satisfying our wishes, or just an empty life, meaningless daily life and external
