In particular,
- The surfaces of the walls of food storage in the kitchen were not covered with waterproof, washable materials.
- The ceiling of the kitchen was damaged, there was an accumulation of dirt, the occurrence of fungus and the opportunity to spill particles.
- Taking the shelter under the sink, as well as the design table, has not been stored in a repair, not made of smooth, cleaning, non-aging materials.
According to the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the Kitchen of the Center has been suspended, a deadline is set to eliminate the detected violations.
