The government made a decision on the alienation of state property at its meeting today, February 13. This concerns buildings and structures with an area of 1687.5 square meters located at 110/1 Muratsan Street in Yerevan, as well as a 0.11897 hectare land plot with the right of ownership allocated for their use and maintenance, and a 3/4 share of a 0.01092 hectare land plot with the right of common share ownership, which will be alienated through a classic auction.
Let us remind you that this is one of the 71 real estate properties of the Ministry of Defense that are subject to alienation.
The estimated market value of this property as of July 20, 2023 is 403 million 300 thousand drams.
The estimated market value of the allocated land plot, included in the estimated market value of the property, is 176 million 700 thousand drams.
The cadastral value, approximated to the market value of the property, is 394 million 360 thousand drams.
The starting price of the Property subject to alienation by auction has been set at 100 percent of the estimated value of the property, i.e. 403,300,000 drams.
The draft also envisages organizing regular auctions until July 19, 2025, for the sale of the Property not sold during the first auction, without reducing the starting price of the Property sale.
