Vahagn Papikyan is the founder and sole owner of this company, the brother of the first deputy mayor of Lori Berd Vahram Papikyan. Vahram Papikyan is also the chairman of the Lori Berds of the ruling "Civil Agreement" party, Vahagn and Vahram Papikyans's relatives of the Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan. It is 304 thousand drams. After signing the contract, it was changed twice.
