The Republican Union of Employers of Armenia has issued a statement on the strike and the current situation in the ZCMC.
"The Republican Union of Employers, respecting the sculptures of the workers, is concerned about the illegal violations of a group of employees of the RA Code (hereinafter referred to as possible, the RA Labor Code (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Article 74). As a result of which the normal activities of the largest company in the country's number one taxpayer have been disrupted.
Such an initiative is not in the interests of the workers, as the strike in accordance with Article 78 of the Code will be held jointly on the strike for the loss of the employer.
Employers' Union calls on all protesting workers to return to normal work, to find compromises, and prevent an obstacle, and if negotiations start an agreement legally, start a strike initiative.
