Since the entry into force of the Law on the Law on the Law on Property of Properties of Illegal Property Since May 23, 2012, the Constitutional Court (CC) has received 11 applications to dispute the constitutionality of the law.
The Constitutional Court rejected all these applications.
The grounds for refusal are different from violations of the application periods to other procedural and other substantive violations, Hetq writes.
Among the applicants are previous and present officials, and those affiliated with them, which pass through the confiscation of property of illegal origin.
