We all understand very well that the efforts of the Westerners are primarily aimed at destabilizing Russia's neighboring countries, not at establishing cooperation with them," said Zakharova. She added that they will continue to clarify the risks of deepening cooperation with NATO in contacts with Azerbaijani and other CIS partners.
