At its session today, January 9, the government approved the agreement between Armenia and the EU on Armenia's participation in the crisis management operations of the European Union.
The agreement provides an opportunity to make the best use of the experience and knowledge of the European Union in the field of managing emergency and other crisis situations.
At the same time, the agreement will create an opportunity to develop bilateral cooperation in the field of security and defense.
The agreement will contribute to the development of the integration process and bilateral partnership with the European structures to strengthen the resilience of the Republic of Armenia in the field of emergency situations, will promote the professional growth of the personnel leaving the Republic of Armenia for training, and the increase of training in the field of emergency and other crisis management.
