Regarding the peace treaty, we do not have a signed document yet, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan announced at the annual summary press conference.
"We don't have a signed document, we sent our regular offer package a month and a half ago and we are waiting for the reaction of the Azerbaijani side. 15 of the 17 discussed articles have been agreed upon, let's see what will be the answer of the Azerbaijani side regarding the last two points. We are confident that we have offered mutually acceptable solutions to Azerbaijan, which will provide an opportunity to provide a complete solution to the existing problems."
Referring to the unblocking of Armenia-Azerbaijan transport routes, the Foreign Minister said that proposals were made to the Azerbaijani side, and they were voiced by Nikol Pashinyan and Mher Grigoryan. "The primary reaction of the Azerbaijani side was quite positive. Unfortunately, we have not received an official answer about this until today," said the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan.
