Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision to define the customs bodies of the Republic of Armenia: "According to the basis of Article 212, part 2 of the Law on Customs Regulation: 1. Define that the customs bodies of the Republic of Armenia are:
1) State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
2) Department of Customs Service and Control of Foreign Economic Activities of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
3) Department of e-commerce and air transportation of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
4) The department of customs service and control at the land crossing points of the state border of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the departments of the same department that carry out customs control and customs operations at the land crossing points of the state border of the Republic of Armenia (road or railway);
5) Department of post-release control and inspections of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
6) The anti-smuggling department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia," said the decision.
