Please, once again, "temporarily" asphalt without bitumen was laid on the bypass road of Saralanj praised by Tigran Aviryan, which is already falling apart.
The video proves that Tigran Aviryan is involved in corruption, receives kickbacks from the asphalt, because there is no other explanation for all this.
The technical supervisor of the "temporary" asphalt, praised by AviRyan, clearly stated that Tigran AviRyan was aware that the works were of poor quality, after that they brought an enforcement action to get money.
After I applied to the RA Prosecutor's Office, they demolished the "temporary" asphalt, then they thought that I would not be consistent, and again they continued to lay asphalt without bitumen.
