With this contract, the National Assembly insured 41 cars.
This would not be strange if Pashinyan did not reduce the number of official cars with a pen in his hand on air, and Alen Simonyan, inspired by him, did not write that:

We tried to find out the answer to these questions from the National Assembly, from where Simonyan's press secretary Movses Harutyunyan explained the following.
"The condition is like this.
The National Assembly announces a tender (it means a tender-ed.), the winner is recognized, but it starts to be implemented when we deposit money, we have not paid any money now, and the money will already be transferred for 30 cars."
In short, the contract is concluded, the money has not been transferred.
But if Davit Arakelyan had received his NAS artificial education diploma before taking office, maybe he would have been wiser and after reducing the number of cars, he would have insured the rest."
