"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"Under the name of border demarcation in 2024, around 15 hectares of territory from the village of Kirants, defensive positions fortified for about 30 years in the Kirants-Baghanis section, and the positions near the village of Berkaber were unilaterally handed over to Azerbaijan.
In the Voskepar-Baghanis section, in the former defensive position handed over to Azerbaijan, an Azerbaijani stronghold has been built, and a large Azerbaijani flag has recently been installed in front of the interstate highway. It has a heavy psychological impact on those traveling on that section of the Armenia-Georgia road.
