"It is also obvious that during the regular sessions of the National Assembly starting on December 3, the Prosecutor General will submit a motion to the National Assembly to deprive Hovik Aghazaryan of his immunity, charge him in the current criminal proceedings and apply detention as a preventive measure.
This fate threatens all CP deputies, if they do not do the opposite.
The legal and logical decision of Hovik Aghazaryan will be that he initiates the process of expressing no confidence in Nikol Pashinyan in the position of RA Prime Minister today."
