Thanks to the consistent operational-investigative measures of the employees of the Lori Regional Department of the Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, new data have been obtained on the illegal actions of persons carrying a criminal subculture. This was reported to NEWS.am by the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As we have already reported, a 46-year-old man with a high status in the criminal hierarchy created a criminal subculture group with a 25-year-old resident of Vanadzor and for years prepared and committed various crimes.
Further measures of the criminal police have substantiated new episodes, data on other persons carrying a criminal subculture have emerged.
It turned out that the son of a 46-year-old man in prison, through the mediation of his father, using illegal influence, in order to resolve private issues in accordance with the rules of conduct recognized by the criminal subculture group, turned to a 25-year-old resident of Vanadzor under house arrest, who, in accordance with the morals of the criminal subculture, intervened in the dispute.
In another episode, a person serving a sentence in a penitentiary institution learned about an action committed by another person, which, so to speak, contradicts the morals of the criminal subculture. He turned to the same 25-year-old resident of Vanadzor, who resolved the issue by turning to a representative of the criminal subculture resident in Georgia.
The criminal proceedings initiated by the Lori Regional Investigation Department are ongoing. The 46-year-old and 25-year-olds are in custody.
The consistent struggle of law enforcement against the criminal subculture also continues.
