On November 21, 2026, Hayrik Restaurant, located at Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin, will host the inaugural HAYRIK HARVEST dinner, an international gastronomic initiative bringing together Armenia’s culinary heritage and contemporary global gastronomy. Italian chef Riccardo Canella has been specially invited to Yerevan for this first edition, where he will collaborate with the Hayrik team to create a distinctive dining experience.
The project is envisioned as a recurring series, with monthly dinners planned to welcome guest chefs from different countries. At the core of HAYRIK HARVEST is a seven-day culinary residency, during which each guest chef joins the Hayrik team to explore Armenia’s gastronomic landscape.
The programme includes visits to local farms and workshops, meetings with producers and artisans, and the discovery of seasonal ingredients that reflect the character of different regions. Each residency culminates in a Harvest Dinner, a collaborative dining experience developed by the visiting chef and the Hayrik team. Inspired by the ingredients discovered and the people encountered throughout the residency, the menu becomes an expression of cultural exchange and a shared creative process.
The Inaugural Dinner The first HAYRIK HARVEST dinner will take place on November 21, 2026, at Hayrik Restaurant in Yerevan.
Featuring Riccardo Canella in collaboration with the Hayrik team, the inaugural edition will introduce the project’s central idea: that an exceptional dining experience begins long before the food reaches the table.
Through the exchange of knowledge, the exploration of local ingredients, and the meeting of different culinary perspectives, the dinner will mark the beginning of a project dedicated to creating meaningful connections through gastronomy.
