During the inspection carried out by the food safety inspection body in the cheese factory belonging to "Dumikyan Brothers" SP company (Lori marz, Tashir city, Yerevanyan street), it was found that the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union were violated, in particular:
- workshops were not equipped with sinks for washing hands,
- there were no natural and mechanical ventilation means,
- the surfaces of the floors and walls were not made of waterproof, washable, disinfectable materials,
- the ceilings were not prepared to prevent the accumulation of dirt, mold growth, the possibility of particles falling from the ceiling, the doors were not smooth,
- the equipment, tools, accessories in direct contact with food were not properly cleaned and disinfected, were not kept in a new and good condition.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, by the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the cheese workshop was suspended, and a deadline was set to eliminate the recorded violations.
