The armed forces of the United Arab Emirates have begun to withdraw their forces from the international airport of Yemen's Hadramaut province, EFE reports, referring to the internationally recognized authorities of Yemen.
According to the Yemeni media, four UAE military transport planes carrying hundreds of soldiers have already left the airport.
A day ago, the head of Yemen's Presidential Administration Council, Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, decided to terminate the joint defense agreement with the UAE.
