The "Fact" daily writes:
The Cadastre Committee offers changes and additions to the "Geodetic and Cartographic Activities", "On Evaluation Activities" and "State Duty".
The rapid development of digitalization processes and their new challenges are conditioned by the Cadastre Committee on the need to digitize the qualification certificates provided by the Cadastre Committee in accordance with the requirements of the Cadastre Committee in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Assessment Activities.
According to current legal regulations, qualification certificates are provided in paper form, as well as providing copies of them. The proposed amendments to the projects are aimed at resolving the full digitalization of qualification certificates by the Cadastre Committee.
Digitalization eliminates the requirement of the applicant's physical presence and stipulates that the qualification certificate is issued exclusively in electronic format, no later than three working days following the qualification day, sending it to the participant.
In order to guarantee the authentication and validity of the qualification certificate, their forms are reviewed, the Quick Response (QR) code and supervisor as unified and reproducible identifiers.
These mechanisms allow third parties to be directly on the official website, the need for real estate registry, reduces the risk of errors and fraud and increases the transparency of administration significantly.
Digital Running and Transaction Expenses are declining, and legal predictability is reduced, and a higher level of trust is formed in the market with technically controlled functions (joint identifiers).
At the same time, complete data archiving and personal data protection are provided.
