Two types of drinks causing hair loss were named

Regular use of sweet carbonated drinks and alcohol increases the risk of hair loss, while the food rich in iron and vitamin D protects against hair loss. This has shown a study published in the magazine "Food and Health" (Nutrithealth).

The scientists have reached this conclusion as a result of the meta analysis of 17 previously published scientific articles. They assessed the health condition of 61,332 people from the United States, Europe and Asia and the nutritional characteristics. 97% of those who took part in the study were women.

The analysis has shown that a higher level of vitamin D and iron is associated with the lower probability of an effective alope and hair growth. On the contrary, the use of alcohol and sweet drinks was more often accompanied by hair loss and premature gray hair.

Scientists note that the use of soy products and crucifixes, such as broccoli and cabbage, is associated with reducing hair loss. A positive impact has also been imposed in a number of complex additives, but some clinical trials were medium or low.

The authors emphasize that these are connections, not just causal links, as most studies were observational and used different methods, food and hair condition.

However, experts believe that if you complain about hair loss, it makes sense to check your vitamin D and Ferrite. According to them, this approach can be a simple and affordable strategy to maintain healthy hair, along with the main dermatological therapy.
