The tenure of the principal of the school accused of theft of about 3 million drams has been suspended. Criminal proceedings have been sent to court


The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee found that the director of Yeraskhaun secondary school of the RA Armavir region, using the official powers and the impact of them, stole about 3 million AMD from financial resources.

In particular, a number of people affiliated with the school director, as appointed to the staff of the mentioned school, the staff and cleaner, from 2023 to 2025, have not attended jobs, but have received about 3 million AMD for work. At the same time, the director made it and stamped with his signature and stamped the reporting of the working hours of the working hours, according to which the latter attended work during the mentioned period.

In order to falsify large-scale falsification and official falsification, Yeraskhauni Secondary School was charged with Article 2, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (3 episode) and part 1 of Article 445 (3 episode). The suspension of office and the ban on opening the Republic of Armenia have been used as a combined measure against him. Allegations were also charged with 3 people who supported the director.

During the preliminary investigation, the accused was completely restored by the damage caused by the alleged crime, about 3 million AMD.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings is over, and the materials of the proceedings were sent to the RA Anti-Corruption Court with an indictment.
