The Ministry of Economy has submitted a project to the project to establish a support program for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the field of tourism.
The purpose of its adoption is to promote the increase in the number of tourism visits, as well as the extension of the number of overnights in Armenia.
What is recommended? The tourist buys a service, which is calculated and returned to a certain percentage of at least 5 nights.
The increase in the demand for services increases consumes and the income received by businesses, as a result of which additional tax revenues are provided.
The mechanism of post office in the field of tourism will be applied on the following terms: If tourists have purchased at least 30,000 drams of services (including VAT) (including VAT) of the Tourist Service at least 150,000 drams, or if the tourist has acquired a tourist package, the value of which is at least 200,000 drams.
The mechanism will be used if the tourist conducted at least five years old in Armenia if the tourist acquired the services at least 10 days before Armenia.
The support is not provided if the tourist has acquired a service, for which the amount of compensation envisaged within the framework of this program is less than 15,000 AMD.
The total amount of money to be compensated to the tourist cannot exceed 20000 drams if he has acquired separate services, and it cannot exceed 30000 drams if the services have been purchased within the framework of the tourist package.
The aim of the project is to resume this amount to the tourist's payment card by tourists or to use the activities of individual entrepreneurs, such as the tourist in restaurants, museums or excursions, this will contribute to the development of local businesses.
