Researchers at Oxford University have found that training twice a week reduces the danger of cancer death 21%, and 31% of the heart disease. The study took part in almost 100,000 residents aged 37 to 73 from Britain. They are divided into three groups, depending on the level of physical activity and type. The researchers also analyzed the data of the seven days of physical activity of the participants, which were obtained through accelerators.
