RA State Revenue Committee informs:
From January 27, 2025, it will be necessary to install navigation blinds on vehicles for transportation of the following goods transported by road to Russia/Belarus or through Russia/Belarus:
alcoholic products (ATG AA 2203 00, 2204, 2205, 2206 00, 2207, 2208),
tobacco products (ATG AA 2401, 2402, 2403, 2404),
knitted goods (ATG AA 4303, 6101-6106, 6110)
footwear (ATG AA 6401-6405)
telephone devices, hardware, monitors (ATG AA 8517, 8519, 8521, 8525-8528)
goods, which according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, are classified as dangerous goods and have been formalized in the Republic of Belarus under the transit customs procedure.
Navigational aids will be provided to carriers at the Upper Lars crossing point, but it is necessary to register on the relevant website, make advance payments, etc. before arriving at the crossing point.
