"This is the last trial, I believe my husband will return home from Baku." Davit Babayan is not alone in the cell


The Baku court will make a decision at the next session of the trial regarding the petition to replace the preventive detention of prisoners and hostages, including the former leadership of Artsakh, with house arrest.

Eric Ghazaryan's wife, Alla, who has been in Baku prison for more than 1 year and 4 monthsto MediaHubtold about her expectations and her great faith that the court in Baku will release her husband and Eric will return to his homeland.

"Our daughter was only 11 months old when Eric was captured from Artsakh. Milena is now 2 years and 3 months old and understands everything. We miss you a lot. I believe that he will definitely come," said the woman.

Yesterday, January 22, Eric called home. According to Alla, her husband's voice was not bad, his mood was too.

Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh Davit Babayan and 30-year-old resident of Hadrut region Vasili Beglaryan are in the same prison cell with Eric.
