The Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan during the annual closing press conference referred to the current construction works, which were to be completed in 2024, he noted that the blood bank of the Yolan Hematology and Oncology Center is currently being furnished and will be put into operation in the coming days.
"Yesterday, I was present at the opening of the Gorris blood bank, which was also reconstructed and modernized. Our goal is to have a unified and similar blood service throughout the country. We will also review the logic of replenishment and management of our blood reserves in the future," the minister noted.
Avanesyan said that he considers it important that the blood service operates throughout the country in terms of logistics, in terms of collection, with identical standards.
