On the morning of December 10, due to dense fog in the area of Yerevan "Zvartnots" airport, a number of flights could not land at the scheduled times.
The Civil Aviation Committee told "Haykakan Zhamanak" that the number of such aircraft is not large.
We were told that, in particular, the Wizz Air plane from Larnaca to Yerevan could not land at the Zvartnots airport and went to Tbilisi to land at the reserve airport.
The reason was bad weather conditions: fog. "Another flight to Moscow, which was supposed to take place at 08:00 in the morning, was delayed, but the plane has already successfully taken off.
"Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the Dubai-Yerevan flight of the Flydubai airline could not land at the scheduled time, it landed later," the committee said, adding that there were no problems with other flights.
