Today, the Artsakh Parliament convened a closed session on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the Independence Referendum of the Republic of Artsakh and the 18th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution, which was attended by opposition deputies of the RA Parliament, as well as Bagrat Srbazan.
It should be noted that the political teams of the former secretary of the Artsakh Security Council Samvel Babayan and the former president of the Republic of Armenia Araik Harutyunyan are also participating in the session.
