On December 10, members of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, accompanied by Vladimir Vardanyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on State-Legal Affairs of the RA NA, member of the aforementioned committee, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial.
