This is how people who experience grief often express themselves. Yes, each person experiences his grief in his own way, with his own special emotions.
How can you not allow others to devalue your feelings and thus not hurt you more? How can we sympathize with each other and help each other overcome grief?
You will find the answers to these and similar questions during an interactive meeting with psychologist Elmira Hovhannisyan.
The meeting is carried out in cooperation with the "MIASIN" international charity foundation, ISPS Armenia and the "Yntsa" social-spiritual-psychological center of Artsakh Diocese.
