Today, December 8, a tragic incident took place in Armavir region.
Around 2:40 p.m., the Criminal Department of the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia of the Armavir Marz and the Armavir Department of the Community Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received operational information that a fire broke out in one of the apartments of Sayat-Nova street No. 8a of Armavir city. :
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, a similar alarm was received 5 minutes later by the 911 crisis management center of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It was found that the fire broke out in the apartment on the 1st floor of the mentioned building.
The fire-rescuers took out the landlady, 49-year-old Frida K., from the 41st apartment, who died while being treated by the emergency doctors of the "Armavir" medical center, who promptly arrived on the spot.
Rescuers, patrols and policemen evacuated about 20 residents from the building.
According to the fact of the incident, criminal proceedings were initiated in the investigation department.
