Turkey is trying to isolate Israel from the international community

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that Ankara is making every effort to isolate Israel in the international community.

"In May, as you remember, we suspended export-import transactions with Israel, we also initiated the issue of an arms embargo against Israel on the agenda of the UN Security Council.

The joint letter prepared within the framework of this initiative was presented to the UN Secretary General on November 1 with the signatures of 52 countries, as well as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the League of Arab States. We will continue our efforts to stop arms sales to Israel," the minister said, according to Turkish media, speaking at the session of the budget planning committee of the parliament on Thursday.

According to him, Turkey is actively calling on countries to stop aid to Israel.

"We are making every effort to isolate the international community and mobilize the international community. We will resolutely continue our efforts in this direction," said Fidan.
