According to the operational information received, the patrols of the Ararat Marz battalion and the Artashat community police presented 33-year-old Armen G. and 29-year-old Marlen A., residents of the Ararat Marz, to the Artashat Police Department. At the intersection of Shahumyan streets, he fired 2 shots into the air from his pistol.
The suspect presented the gun, which was loaded with 4 bullets, to the police and patrols, and under the pressure of the facts, he admitted that he fired shots from inside the "BMW". Documents were drawn up in the Artashat department of the police regarding the incident, which were transferred to the Ararat regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee.
