Kamsar Babinyan, the former district head of Ajapnyak, has been in charge of Polyclinic No. 19 for 3 days immediately after his dismissal.
After being deprived of his position, this appointment is characterized by the fact that, according to the information spread in the press, Kamsar Babinyan actually became a victim of internal conspiracies within the CP, appearing as the target of the Pashinyan-Avinyan silent conflict.
A month ago, the press wrote that, according to their CP sources, Pashinyan had a new momentum against Avinyan.
"Pashinyan was taken aback by Avinyan's sidelined situation, as if he is not from the CP, nor has he ever been," they noted.
Not opposing the Prime Minister, Tigran Avinyan decided to get rid of non-CP leaders in all administrative regions and appoint party members instead of them, so that they would be more reliable, at the same time appointing non-party director Kamsar Babinyan as the director of Polyclinic No. 19.
To remind, under the former mayor Taron Margaryan, Babinyan was the head of the health department of the Yerevan Municipality, but after the change of power in 2018, he suddenly changed his mind and went to the side of the "revolutionaries", although he did not become a party member.
