According to lawyer Tatevik Soghoyan, two weeks later, the complaint submitted against the illegal detention of Aregnaz Manukyan, subject to immediate investigation, has not yet been signed by any judge of the appeals court.
The reason for what happened is the work of judge Manvel Shahverdyan, as a result of which the case materials were not sent to the appellate court in the prescribed manner.
We are talking about the same judge whose decision deprived the 13-year-old girl of the opportunity to communicate with her mother. The legal side has already written to the president of the court in order to clarify the unnecessary delay, and if necessary, will also apply for disciplinary action against the judge.
